A new user is given some credits to try out our system. You can top-up by purchasing credits via our payment gateway. You can purchase any number of “credit packages”; where each package will give you a certain number of credits.

Usually, a payment of one Indian Rupee gives you one credit. However, during promotions, we provide some more credits. Look at our main website for such promotions.

If you pay in US dollars (or some other currency), note the following:

ONE Indian Rupee is approximately 1/85 of a US dollar (approx.) Or to put it another way: 85 Indian Rupees (approx.) converts to $1 US Dollar.

Your credits NEVER expire… they only get consumed as you keep using various functions in our system. Our pricing page has the details on how many credits are consumed for each activity you do. This means, you can pause using our system anytime you like, knowing that nothing extra would be charged during the paused period.

Once you purchase
Once you purchase, a receipt would be emailed to you. Use the Receipt Id that is provided in the email to recharge your account. To do that, click on Accounts and add the Receipt Id inside the pop-up dialog. Make sure you confirm the changes when you close the dialog!

Transferable Credits
Credits can be transferred between accounts. That means one person in any organization can pay for others too. Or you can choose who pays how much on your own. It gives a lot of flexibility in the way teams work.
