Press F1 when mouse is on user-interface elements
To use this help, press the F1 key whenever the mouse is exactly** on some UI element. (You don't have to click the element. In fact, it would be nice to read the help before you click the element) It magically understands that you are possibly about to use that element, and provide you a small help regarding it.
